π©π»βπ» What will you do?
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented VP Growth β Talent Marketplace (Supply) to lead the growth of Internshalaβs candidate ecosystem.
You will own how talent supply scales across the platform, building long-term growth engines across organic product-led initiatives, acquisition, lifecycle engagement, partnerships, community ecosystems, and brand-led initiatives. Working closely with product, marketing, and business leadership, you will help grow the talent marketplace and unlock Internshalaβs next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
- Own candidate marketplace growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Scale talent supply across internships, fresher roles, and the emerging 2β5 years experience segment.
- Build compounding organic growth engines through SEO and product-led discovery in partnership with product and engineering teams.
- Design lifecycle growth systems across CRM channels to improve activation, engagement, and repeat participation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities, training institutes, and ecosystem communities to create scalable talent pipelines.
- Lead campus and community-led growth programs that drive grassroots adoption and referrals at scale.
- Drive high-impact branding and creative campaigns that strengthen awareness and preference among early-career talent.
- Improve marketplace health by balancing supply quality, liquidity, and alignment with employer demand.
- Build and lead high-performing growth teams while fostering a strong culture of ownership, experimentation, and execution.
